Preventing Falls Together

Preventing Falls Together helps volunteers and organizations work with seniors to prevent falls at home and in the community. It is a program of Community Links which is a provincial organization focusing on seniors' well-being.

The Guysborough Antigonish Strait Health Authority (GASHA) and Community Health Boards, along with other community organizations, are active in the Preventing Falls Together Coalitions in Antigonish and Guysborough Counties.

Who is it for?

Preventing Falls Together coalitions offer presentations to interested community groups about the impact of falls on seniors and falls prevention strategies.

How can I get involved?
